• Symmetric Linear Performance : The continuous balanced double-rod extends identical surface profiles to both oil chambers within the main cylinder barrel. This configuration provides completely equalized force and response behavior during both directional extensions.
• Four-Bolt Rigid Flange Base : Unlike simple clamp-on or pin adapters, the Green Global model uses heavy structural steel side flanges welded directly to both ends of the main tube. Each flange features two precision-drilled bolt mounting points (four total) for maximum vibration dampening and secure attachment to the vehicle chassis.
• Hard Chrome Plated Piston Rods : The exposed double-ended piston shafts are ground and hard-plated to optimize friction coefficients, shield against micro-abrasions from field grit, and protect internal high-pressure wiper seals.
